THEORY OF
CHANGE
A Theory of Change maps out how an
organisation believes it can create positive
change in society, and outlines its plans for
achieving that change.
In 2023-24, guided by New Philanthropy
Capital's methodology*, as well as a
comprehensive review of supporting research
evidence, we undertook a refresh of our
Theory of Change. We engaged in structured
conversations with everyone who makes our
work possible - our staff, trustees, teachers,
volunteers, corporate partners and parents.
