IMPACT
ONLINE READING VOLUNTEERS PROGRAMME
We've gathered evidence from across our community - from
teachers seeing daily changes in their classrooms, to parents
noticing newfound confidence at home, and volunteers witnessing
their reading partners flourish. Through surveys, interviews and
focus groups, we've built a comprehensive picture of our impact.*
Our first in-house Evidence & Impact Manager, appointed at the
start of the 2023-24 year, has analysed this data, with an
independent peer review to ensure we meet the highest
standards.
The story that emerges is organised around our Theory of
Change’s five key outcomes for children, showing how regular
reading support can spark life-changing progress.
