Our comprehensive feedback shows how children's relationship
with reading has been transformed since participating in Chapter
One reading sessions:
85% of teachers saw increased reading enjoyment
75% of parents noticed their children enjoying reading more
87% of teachers reported that children had a more positive
attitude towards reading
80% of parents observed more positive attitudes towards
reading
The depth of this change is reflected in children's engagement
with books:
Children discussing books they enjoyed rose by 25%
Regular participation in classroom reading activities increased
significantly
Children showed greater enthusiasm for different types of
reading materials
